PUBLIC NOTICE – Load Street Raised Signalised Crossing Plan
PUBLIC NOTICE
WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 23 HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 SECTIONS 90A TO 90F.
MODIFICATION OF EXISTING SIGNALISED CROSSING
AND
PROPOSAL TO CONSTRUCT A RAISED CROSSING ON LOAD STREET, BEWDLEY
Notice is hereby given that Worcestershire County Council propose to:
- Modify the existing signalised crossing on Load Street, Bewdley to serve pedestrians in Bewdley at the following location.
- construct one raised signalised crossing at the following location:
17m southwest from its junction with Load Street car park access.
The raised crossing will be 75mm high by 5.95m long by 8.05m wide.
A plan showing these proposals may be inspected at Wildwood, Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR5 2QT during normal office hours or alternatively can be downloaded at
the Wyre Forest Public Notice Page; or copies supplied by emailing roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk; until 21 August 2024.
The proposals will also be on display at The Guildhall, Load Street, Bewdley DY12 2AH until 21 August 2024.
Any objections or representations you may have in respect of the raised signalised crossing must be sent in writing to me at Wildwood or by email to roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to be received by 21 August 2024.
