Bus Shelters

The Town Council has nine bus shelters. These bus shelters were provided to Bewdley Town Council by funds from Worcestershire County Council. Bewdley Town Council maintains and cleans these shelters throughout the year.
Christmas Lights

The Town Council provides the Christmas Lights for the town which are switched on from the end November/December to the New Year.
Clock at St Anne’s Church

The Town Council maintains the Town Clock on St. Anne’s Church Tower, located on Load Street.
Hanging Baskets and Town Centre planters

The Town Council currently owns four planters located on Severn Side South. There are also hanging baskets in various locations around town during the summer period.
Lengthsman Scheme

The role of the Lengthsman is to carry out a wide range of minor works within the Bewdley boundaries, on behalf of Worcestershire County Council. The Highway Authority provides the budget for these works.
Lifebuoys

The Town Council owns and maintains thirteen lifebuoys on Severnside North, Severnside South and Beales Corner which are checked on a regular basis.
Markets

Bewdley holds markets twice a year, Spring and Autumn, which are organised and managed by LSD Promotions.
Millennium Green

A green space for walks and seating, located adjacent to Shaw Hedge Road Community Centre and held in trust by Bewdley Town Council for the community. As a trustee, Bewdley Town Council is responsible for the upkeep.
Notice Board

The Town Council owns and manages noticeboards within town, including Beale’s Corner, Load Street and the inside the Bewdley Museum entrance.
Voluntary, not-for-profit organisations are able to advertise events taking place in Bewdley at £10 per week for Beales Corner and £5 per week for Load Street and the museum (Monday to Sunday).
Payments must be made in advance and posters must comply with Bewdley Town Council’s T’s & C’s. Availability can be viewed and subsequently booked via the public diary.
Public Benches

The Town Council at present owns and maintains several seats and benches situated in the town, some of which has been donated in memory of people for whom Bewdley held a special place, these benches house named plaques.

Situated in Load Street. The toilets are open everyday between 9am and 5pm.
To use the disabled toilet on Load Street car park you will need a Radar Key. A Radar Key enables access to this toilet and disabled toilets within Wyre Forest and around the country.

Speed Enforcement & Vehicle Activated Signs (VAS)

The Town Council currently operates two vehicle activated (speed) signs. One is situated at the fixed location, Cleobury Road, whilst the other is movable by the Town Lengthsman.
Trees

The condition of Bewdley’s trees is monitored by one voluntary Tree Warden. He is consulted to comment on any tree applications made within Bewdley and are primarily concerned with trees that are the subject of a Tree Preservation Order, as well as trees that fall within the Conservation area.
Residents are encouraged to contact the Tree Wardens via the Town Council if they have any concerns or queries about trees in Bewdley.
War Memorial

Bewdley Town Council is currently responsible for maintaining the war Memorials at St Anne’s and All Saints Churches.
Wyre Hill Play area

Riverside North Park
