(B4194 High Street, Bewdley) (Temporary Lane Closure) Order 2024

Order made: to close that part of the southbound lane on B4194 High Street from its junction with B4190 Load Street to its junction with U10500 Lax Lane

Reason: Safe working in order to erect and dismantle scaffolding for roof repair by Contract Roofing Services.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: Diversion – during full closures periods: B4190 Load Street, B4190 Welch Gate, B4190 Winbrook, B4190 Cleobury Road, A456 Long Bank, A456 Callow Hill, A456 Tenbury Road, B4202 Worcester Road, B4202 Pensax, B4202 Apostles Oak, A443 Worcester Road, A451 Stourport Road, A451 Dunley, B4194 Ribbesford Road, B4194 Red Hill, B4194 Lower Park and vice versa. Diversion in between full closure period is One Way only: B4190 Load Street, B4190 Welch Gate, B4190 Winbrook, B4190 Cleobury Road, A456 Long Bank, A456 Callow Hill, A456 Tenbury Road, B4202 Worcester Road, B4202 Pensax, B4202 Apostles Oak, A443 Worcester Road, A451 Stourport Road, A451 Dunley, B4194 Ribbesford Road, B4194 Red Hill, B4194 Lower Park and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 16 September 2024 (Full Closures 16 September for 4 hrs between 09.30-13.30 and 20 September 4 hrs between 11.30-15.30 then southbound closure only for remainder of time.)
