If you are facing difficulties paying your mortgage contact our housing team. If you are in arrears with your mortgage you can get free advice before court action is taken. Email mortgage.advice@wyreforestdc.gov.uk or call 01562 732990 (9am – 5pm Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays). There is also lots of information on our mortgage advice webpage including how to talk to your lender, support for mortgage interest (SMI) and avoiding repossession.
