Leave the car in Kidderminster and hop aboard a special heritage train along the Severn Valley Railway to Bewdley Station. Our friends at The SVR are running a special train from Kidderminster where there is ample parking. The train departs at 1.45pm, 3.45pm, and 4.45pm getting to Bewdley in good time for the lights switch on. Bewdley Station is just a short walk from the town centre, where you’ll be entertained, have the chance to do some Christmas shopping and ride the funfair, before joining the Mayor and Father Christmas in the countdown to the lights switch on at 5:30pm. For just £5 per person returning from Bewdley at 6.45pm and 7:30pm, leaving plenty of time to visit local restaurants, bars and pubs. Train tickets can be purchased from Kidderminster Station on the day.
