Anyone can call in for a game of chess at any of the venues shown.

The importance of keeping an active mind as we get older is widely accepted and researchers have found a link between playing chess and reducing the possibility of developing dementia, AD, and other debilitating mental illnesses. In fact, people over the age of 75 that partake in leisure activities such as chess that stimulate the brain were less likely to develop signs of dementia. Source:
